DOT Delivery Driver

As a Non-CDL Delivery Driver, you’ll play a key role in delivering materials safely and efficiently to customer locations and job sites. You represent Reece on the road and at delivery points, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to service and reliability.

• Safely operate a DOT-regulated vehicle (10,001–26,000lbs GVWR).
• Deliver materials to customer sites, shops, and branches.
• Load, unload, and secure materials properly for transport.
• Verify orders and ensure delivery accuracy.
• Maintain inventory control and proper documentation.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service at every stop.
• Support warehouse or branch operations as needed.

• 21+years of age.
• Valid ClassC driver’s license.
• Clean driving record and background check.
• Ability to meet DOT regulations and requirements.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Product knowledge for assigned business line.
• Skills and knowledge to advance your career into leadership or sales opportunities.

Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50pounds or more; work both indoors and outdoors during assigned hours.

A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is $16.00 – $21.80 per hour. The role may also include additional contributions such as commission, profit sharing, or annual bonus.
