Dispatcher, Transportation

• Schedule drivers' routes and ensure on-time, accurate deliveries
• Use the dispatch program to track orders from other stores and set up/distribute runs to drivers
• Ensure drivers count money collected and record delivery times on bills
• Work with Parts Pullers to ensure deliveries go out correctly
• Ensure drivers know the correct routes
• Update customers by phone on the status of their orders
• Assist drivers who have difficulty with routes or other aspects of the job
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Maintain and promote workplace safety
• Experience securing and transferring cash or other assets

Demonstrates strong route scheduling and delivery management capabilities, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries while maintaining high productivity and safety standards. Proficient in communication and time management, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and collaborate with team members.
