Warehouse Assistant Supervisor – Office of Procurement and Materials Management
Position within the Maryland Aviation Administration Central Warehouse at BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport. Responsible for receipt, storage, distribution, and inventory of supplies and materials for all MAA departments.
Responsibilities- Assist in receipt, storage, distribution, and inventory of supplies and materials.
- Receive and process supply requisitions.
- Conduct physical and cycle counts.
- Maintain equipment such as forklifts, delivery vehicles, pallet jacks, etc. and perform other necessary duties.
- Position located at BWI Marshall Airport, Anne Arundel County, MD.
Graduation from a standard high school.
ExperienceThree years of progressively responsible experience in receipt, storage, issuance, and purchase or requisition of supplies, materials and equipment.
NotesCandidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience in Stock/Shipping Clerk and Stock Clerk Supervisor classifications or Supply Specialist and Service Specialist specialty codes on a year-for-year basis for the required education and experience.
Special RequirementsSome positions require a physician examination after job offer and will involve a background check. Applicants must have a valid Class C driver's license. Applicants must list license number and expiration date on the application.
