Warehouse Associate​/Forklift

Overview

Experienced Warehouse Associate/Box Truck Driver to support day-to-day warehouse operations for our client in Nottingham, MD. This role covers warehouse operations and box truck operations as needed.

Pay: $24-$30/hr depending on experience
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Work on daily tasks and schedules with warehouse needs and deliveries
• Monitor workflow to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time order fulfillment
• Oversee inventory handling, organization, and basic cycle counts
• Enforce warehouse safety rules and operational procedures
• Loading and unloading stone slabs from trucks
• Assisting with general warehouse responsibilities
• Driving a box truck as needed (valid driving qualifications required)
• Operating a small jib crane

• 3-5 years of warehouse or distribution experience
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and order fulfillment
• Ability to work on-site in a warehouse environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate company vehicles as needed for local operational purposes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform regular walking/standing
• Forklift experience or willingness to be certified
• Computer literate, including basic use of inventory systems, spreadsheets, and email

• Experience in operating small jib crane is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
