Administrative Assistant - Construction - Base Salary to 55k/year - Fredericksburg, TX

- Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant that will play a pivotal role in maintaining the cohesion of their company by providing support to management and executive staff.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Enter accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle physical invoices received via mail and invoices received through email.
- Prepare checks for signature, ensuring compliance with the company's payable policy.
- Maintain general office files, including job files and vendor files, using our document management system.
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
- Purchase office supplies, equipment, and furniture as needed.
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the relevant office or personnel.
- Review subcontractor agreements for completeness and maintain subcontractor insurance and waivers.
- Prepare Excel cash spending reports and send them to the CFO and Administrative Manager after each check-run.
- Track and improve processes to enhance efficiency.
- Perform other duties as requested by your supervisor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Problem-solving mindset
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of the accounts payable process, including physical and email invoices.
- Proficiency (5+ years) in Quick Books Online accounts payable process.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- 5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Base salary to 55k/year
