Minimum Qualifications - Project management experience, specifically in data management and reporting.
- Experience working with federal, state, and local grants and contracts.
- Valid driver’s license and work eligibility status.
- Pass a criminal and driving background check.
- Depending on assignment, may require registration, certification, or licensure in a specialty area.
Critical Action Items
Perform an array of technical, training, research, planning, policy, program assessment, and administrative activities related to project or program assignment.Support and collaborate in the planning, development, implementation, analysis, and documentation of an assigned project or program.Comply with requirements, laws, regulations, policies, and procedures for assigned project or program.Support and participate in staff development, professional development, and staff wellness initiatives.Other Responsibilities
Assist with the collection, organization, analysis, and/or preparation of materials in response to requests for program information and reports.Assist in providing consultative services and technical assistance for agency programs or assigned projects.Assist with the preparation of administrative reports, studies, and specialized projects.Assist in preparing comprehensive reviews of literature, statutes, rules, and/or policies.Assist with the review of program area operations to identify areas in need of change and assist with the development of plans to improve or address areas of concern.May assist in preparing and evaluating program budget requests.May assist in preparing justifications for the implementation of procedural or policy changes.May assist in developing policy and procedure manuals.May assist in analyzing government guidance and/or legislation to develop recommendations for program operations.Perform other job duties as assigned.Measurable Deliverables
Program/project goals and outcomes are tracked and achieved.Project activities comply with federal, state, and local law and grant/contract, budget, and procurement guidelines at all times.Assigned deliverables are submitted for supervisory review and approval at minimum 24 hours prior to final submission.Requirements
