Role Overview
Schedule:
2 days a week, Monday to Friday
Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units.
Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
- Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with a mental health diagnosis.
- Prescribe and manage medications.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Hold a valid full PMHNP license.
- Active TX license.
- Active DEA preferred but not required.
- Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required.
Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated range of $53,752 - $64,503 annually with no cap productivity income potential.
