Avant Stay seeks a dynamic Community Manager to lead The Village Fredericksburg, a 242-unit tiny home resort in the Texas Hill Country. This hybrid role combines HOA leadership with hotel operations, owning budgets, staffing, vendors, compliance, and guest service to Avant Stay standards on-site.
You will manage HOA and STR functions, coordinate owner moves, and curate amenity experiences while supervising a multi-disciplinary team and ensuring guest-ready operations as occupancy scales.
