• Find and connect with potential clients through research, networking, and events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, engineers, and other partners.
• Stay on top of market trends and look for new project opportunities.
• Work with our leadership team to shape and execute business development strategies.
• Help create proposals and respond to RFPs in coordination with our estimating and project management teams.
• Represent Fletco at industry events and trade shows.
• Promote our work through digital platforms and marketing efforts.
• Track your efforts and share updates with the team on progress and challenges.

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management—ideally in construction.
• A strong understanding of the commercial construction market.
• Great communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Confidence in presenting and negotiating.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented.
• A team player who’s proactive and professional.
