Water Well Pump Installer

Willing to work more than 40 hours a week.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must be okay with working around loud heavy machinery.

Must be able to lift heavy objects.

Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions year round.

Familiar with New Pump Installation, Repair, both 1PH & 3PH Power.

Operation of Pulling Unit & equipment.

Understand & able to diagnose pumps, controls, etc.

• Supervise and train crews.
• Operate machinery to construct and install pumping systems.
• Clean heavy equipment as scheduled.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks.
• Maintain a clean and presentable workplace.
• Operate heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner.
• Store heavy equipment safely and securely.
• Responsible for the safe and accurate set up of rig and all equipment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for prolonged periods of time. He/She must have a full range of body movements including use of hands to touch, handle, or feel objects, equipment, and peripherals. In addition, bending, reaching, and crouching are needed. The ability to frequently lift 50 to 100 pounds is required.

The employee must have command of all five senses: sight, hearing, touch, smell, and taste. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.

• Must be able to wear required PPE.
• Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, and climb ladders for extended periods of time.
• Able to travel to all job sites during all phases of a project.

This position works primarily outdoors and will require the employee to travel to project job sites in company vehicles. Workdays will be 8-12 hours per day but may require overtime (12+ hours) periodically.

• Ability to work outside year-round in all types of weather conditions.

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic - English language.
• Valid Texas Driver's License (Class A CDL preferred).
• Required Work Authorization - United States.
• Experience preferred - We will train the right person.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $35.00 per hour
