Position Summary:
Seeking a General Maintenance Technician (no HVAC/EPA required) for apartment property maintenance. Handle general repairs, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical (basic), and appliance repair. Support work orders, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep as part of a maintenance crew.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical (basic), carpentry, painting, appliance repair
- Complete work orders, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep
- Support maintenance crew and property management
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of general maintenance technician or maintenance worker experience
- Must provide own basic hand tools
- Khaki pants or blue jeans and solid color shirt required
- Two forms of for employment
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check. Due to the nature of this position and the apartment industry, candidates with convictions for violent crimes, theft, sex offenses, or other crimes involving dishonesty or harm to others will not be considered. All background checks are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable laws.
