As we continue to expand our operations and market presence, we are seeking a dependable Part-Time Warehouse Associate and Box Truck Driver to join our Fredericksburg, TX distribution center. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, and values accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

This position requires a valid driver's license, a minimum of two years of experience operating a 26-foot or larger box truck, and a clean driving record for the past five years.

Warehouse Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Package, label, stack, and palletize outgoing shipments
• Perform quality checks on outgoing orders
• Load and unload deliveries safely and accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with general warehouse operations as assigned

Pickup Route Responsibilities (As Needed)

• Operate a 26-foot box truck for scheduled regional pickup routes
• Load, secure, and organize inventory for safe transportation back to the warehouse
• Safely unload products upon return
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Follow all company safety policies and applicable traffic regulations
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during pickups

• Meet the required driving qualifications listed above
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

• Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, dollies, and forklifts
