With more than 1,300 dedicated team members and over 650 service vehicles on the road, we continue to grow — and our Fredericksburg branch is looking for a skilled, organized, and people‑focused Office Manager to help lead our daily office operations.

About the Role

As the Office Manager, you will be the central point of coordination for the Fredericksburg branch — supporting leadership, guiding administrative processes, and ensuring our office environment runs smoothly and professionally. This role requires a strong communicator and multitasker who thrives in a fast‑paced setting and can bring structure, consistency, and positive energy to the team.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers entering or reaching the branch
  • Support the General Manager and leadership team with scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative tasks
  • Oversee office operations, including supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs
  • Assist with payroll preparation, timekeeping accuracy, and daily operational reporting
  • Partner with dispatch, customer service, and operations to ensure a smooth daily workflow
  • Support new hire onboarding and maintain organized, accurate employee records
  • Manage and maintain accurate data entry within Service Titan and other internal systems
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications as needed
  • Cultivate a positive, organized, and professional office environment that reflects the F.H. Furr brand
What You’ll Bring
  • 2+ years of administrative or office leadership experience in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • A team‑oriented, customer‑focused, positive attitude
  • Experience with Service Titan or similar field service software (preferred)
  • Experience in the trades or residential home services industry (a plus)
