Business Development Manager – Aviation - Direct Hire

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand market presence, and build strategic partnerships across domestic and international aviation markets. This role is focused on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic initiatives, and securing commercial and government contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth
• Identify and pursue new partnerships, clients, and market opportunities
• Lead negotiations and close business deals in alignment with company strategy and financial objectives
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, risks, and opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to support new product and service launches
• Represent this organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
• Prepare and submit proposals for federal and commercial solicitations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of the aviation industry
• Experience in strategic planning, market expansion, and driving business growth
• Knowledge of government contracting, international business, or digital marketing is a plus
• Proven track record of building partnerships and closing deals
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. and internationally
