Customer Service and CollaborationProviding excellent customer service is key, as you'll address inquiries and concerns about utility services. You'll also collaborate with utility staff, contractors, developers, and regulatory agencies to support water and wastewater systems effectively.

Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in utilities, public works, engineering support, construction, infrastructure management, environmental services, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Valid Commonwealth of Virginia driver’s license with an acceptable driving record that meets City criteria
- Associate degree or technical training in a related field
- Experience in utility inspections or environmental compliance
- Familiarity with grease interceptors and backflow devices
