Customer Service Representative; King George

Matern Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Representative (job  # 3606) in King George, VA to support the busy operations of a sanitation and waste management business. The Customer Service Representative will be the first line of communication when customers have questions about sanitation rentals/services and waste management services. The Customer Service Representative will quickly analyze the customers’ needs and provide quotes and solutions.

You'll balance your efficient work habits with your friendly personality to assist customers with quotes and solutions, ultimately making them feel at ease about their event or project.

• $16.50/hr

• Monday thru Friday, 10am-6pm (training 9am-5pm) with some weekend availability

• Provides a positive customer experience when fielding incoming calls, emails, and online chats
• Efficiently and accurately analyzes customers’ needs and provides quotes and solutions
• Accurately records customers’ interactions, orders and any changes
• Understands and follows all customer service procedures and policies
• Processes returns, refunds, and tracking information

• Strong experience in a customer service role
• Strong data entry and computer skills to help with quick and accurate typing and processing
• Strong attention to detail with great follow-through to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness
• Calmly and efficiently adapts, sees the potential for opportunity when challenges present themselves
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and teammates
• Friendly & positive personality and great communication skills for communicating with customers and teammates
• Excellent time management, problem solving and prioritization skills
• Accounting experience is a plus
