Loving Air is a locally owned, family‑run HVAC company serving homeowners and faith‑based organizations in our community. We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who communicates clearly, solves problems efficiently, and treats every customer with professionalism and care.
This is a fast‑paced, phone‑heavy role that directly impacts customer experience, retention, and company growth.

Loving Air Inc – Fredericksburg, VA
Full‑Time | In‑Office
- Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments
- Provide customers with account information, service history, and pricing details
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries promptly
- Process payments, renewals, membership sales, and cancellation requests
- Follow up with customers to retain services and maintain relationships
- Make outbound calls to previous and current customers
- Accurately document calls, notes, and job details in Service Titan
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or memberships
- Prepare reports and correspondence as needed
- Represent Loving Air’s core values in every interaction

Schedule- Standard business hours
- Full‑time, in‑office position
- 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Service Titan experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
