Provide real-time support to Customer Experience Advocates and assist with escalated customer requests.;
Mentor and train new hires; lead team huddles and provide oversight when the supervisor is unavailable.;
Identify coaching opportunities and make recommendations to supervisors on agent performance.;
Support and educate peers on CX processes, systems, and policies; act as a subject matter expert in relevant tools.;
Lead training initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience quality.
