• Must be U.S. Citizen
• Must pass a background check once hired
• High level of customer service
• Possess good oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once with strict deadlines and prioritization skills
• Ability to assess problems and recommend viable solutions to resolve issues
• Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with others and departments to achieve objectives and resolve escalations
• Ability to listen and comprehend calls while evaluating customer service and missed sales opportunities to increase performance behavior

• Probationary Period:
  All employees must complete a 90 working days probationary period from the first day of work
