Help Desk Student Associate - Fall 2026
Help Desk Student Associates provide technical support to the entire university community through phone, online, and walk up services.
Ability to work up to 15 hours a week. Excellent customer service skills. Detail oriented. Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to follow directions. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Current UMW student.
