As a Full Time Dental Hygienist, you will join our community of collaborative, high‑quality clinical, business and operations professionals. This is an amazing opportunity for a personal and professional Dental Hygienist to join our caring team with a mission to provide quality care to patients in a patient‑centered practice.

Monday through Thursday: 7:45 am – 5:00 pm and opportunity for every other Friday 7:45 am – 2:00 pm. 1 hour break for lunch.

We can discuss a part‑time schedule if desired.

• Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience
• Screening patients and providing quality care during check‑ups
• Educating patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene care
• Reviewing patient's history and charting
• Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
• Documents area of existing restorations
• Use of X‑ray
• Support the dentist with procedures as needed
• Active State of Virginia Dental Hygienist license
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient‑focused approach
• Current BLS/CPR certifications
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
• 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience preferred - but new grads are welcome to apply!
• Knowledgeable about perio health and comfortable with patient education
• Experience with dental practice software
• Team Player - strong collaborator that is open, positive and flexible
