We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Technical Service Representative for our Fredericksburg location.

Job Description

The selected candidate will:

* Provide technical support to in-house personnel, authorized distributors, and customers regarding sold Kaeser products to include on-call support on weekends and holidays.

* Respond to inquires from branches and distributors regarding part numbers and product manuals.

* Document component failures and troubleshooting methods.

* Analyze data to diagnose compressor problems.

* Perform inspection and failure analysis of returned components as required.

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate's background will include:

* High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.

* Good communication skills/phone skills required.

* Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suites.

* SAP experience preferred.

* Regular physical attendance at the worksite.

* Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

* Minimum 1 year of experience in the electrical or mechanical industry.
