Rinker Design Associates (RDA) is seeking a Senior Roadway Engineer to join our Transportation team in Fredericksburg, VA. You will lead roadway design efforts and mentor junior staff while delivering safe, sustainable transportation solutions for Virginia projects.
Ideal candidates have 7–12 years of roadway design experience, a PE license or ability to obtain Virginia licensure, and proficiency with Micro Station/Open Roads. A sign-on bonus of $10,000 is offered.
