Engineering Operations Technician

Amazon is seeking an Engineering Operations Technician to support critical IT infrastructure within our Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team. You will monitor and maintain data center and facility systems, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical/mechanical and IT equipment, and respond to alarms and incidents to maximize uptime. Partnering with engineers and vendors, you'll troubleshoot hardware, network, and facilities issues, follow strict safety and change-management procedures, document work, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced, customer-obsessed environment.
