Role SpecificsAs an Advisor Development Program Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (ADP FSA I), you will begin by obtaining Securities Industry licenses (Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series7 and Series
66). After licensing, you will learn the foundational skills needed to be an advisor—acquiring, building, and managing client relationships and providing tailored financial advice. Upon completion of key milestones, you’ll begin working in a financial center, delivering Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions. Successful progress leads to ADP Financial Advisor (ADPFA) and ultimately to a Merrill Financial Advisor position.

- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
- Subject to SAFE Act registration requirements; must register and maintain SAFE Act registration
Shift: 1st shift (United States of America). Hours per week: 40.

PayHourly pay: $28.85 – $33.65 (based on experience, education, and skill set). This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
