B.S. Pharm. or Pharm

D, required.

Outpatient Care experience required.

Pharmacy Residency from an accredited ASHP institution preferred.

Pyxis & Epic skills preferred.

Shift Details:

Shift: Rotating shift: 8am to 4:30pm, Mon - Fri. Time could fluctuate a bit with some start times at 7am.
