NIGHT AUDITOR
Location:
Comfort Suites, 541 Warrenton Rd
Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Weekends and holidays required)
Responsibilities- Greeting and assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs
- Running nightly audit reports and balancing daily transactions
- Posting payments and ensuring guest accounts are accurate
- Handling guest requests and resolving concerns professionally
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming front desk environment
- Communicating important information to management and the morning shift
- Reliable and punctual
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working independently overnight
- Friendly with excellent customer service skills
- Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
