Job description:

Aspetto is seeking a GSA Advantage Specialist who will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the company’s presence on GSA Advantage!, GSA eBuy, and other related GSA platforms. This role ensures product listings, pricing, compliance documentation, and catalog data are accurate, competitive, and fully compliant with GSA contract requirements. The specialist applies forward-thinking automation, vendor coordination, and process-improvement approaches to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and scale federal sales operations.

Duties
  • Create, upload, and maintain product and service listings on GSA Advantage!
  • Support sales and contracts teams with opportunity identification and response coordination via GSA eBuy
  • Manage SIP uploads, mass modifications, catalog refreshes, addition/removal of SKUs, and pricing updates
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to collect, validate, and maintain accurate product data, pricing, and compliance documentation
  • Serve as the central point of contact for vendor-related GSA catalog updates and data corrections
  • Proactively identify vendor data gaps that could impact catalog accuracy or federal sales
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive catalog, pricing, vendor data, and reporting tasks
  • Use Excel, macros, data validation, or scripting tools to improve data accuracy and efficiency
  • Develop standardized workflows and documentation for GSA Advantage, eBuy, vendor coordination, and contract modification processes
  • Partner with IT, operations, or contracts teams to support system integrations and scalable catalog management solutions
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with GSA Schedule contract terms and TAA requirements
  • Support contract modifications (economic price adjustments, product adds, administrative modifications)
  • Monitor and resolve GSA Advantage and eBuy-related discrepancies, rejections, and system errors
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation
  • Implement approved pricing changes in coordination with pricing and contracts teams
  • Support sales teams with catalog visibility, product availability, and federal customer inquiries
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting opportunity review and coordination through GSA eBuy
  • Experience managing multiple SINs, vendors, and complex product catalogs
  • Familiarity with automation tools, data transformation, or scripting (
    Excel VBA, Python, Power BI
    , or similar)
  • Experience supporting audits or Contractor Assessments
  • Understanding of federal pricing strategies
