This role is part of the launch team for our new Fredericksburg, VA site. The primary work location is Fredericksburg, with possible travel to Stafford, Louisa, and Manassas during the initial ramp‑up period. All candidates must be available for any day or evening shift and may need to participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation. The position supports data centers at various operational stages and may require travel over 50 miles or commuting to active data center sites as needed.

Required duties include detailed hardware and network diagnostics, physical repair, and participation in the on‑call shift rotation. The role requires maintaining a Top Secret with SCI clearance and meeting all associated security clearance requirements.

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds
• Work in a 24/7 environment, participating in on‑call rotation and providing after‑hours support as needed
• Travel regionally for training and deployment as required
• Maintain and protect a Top Secret with SCI clearance throughout employment

• 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
• 1+ years of computer networking experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above

• Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
