Technical Data Management SpecialistKaeser Compressors, Inc. is seeking an individual who can learn detailed tasks quickly and is savvy with various computer programs to fill the position of Technical Data Management Specialist for our location in Fredericksburg, VA. We are looking for an individual who thrives by completing projects in a timely manner, and who works well with various teams to accomplish company goals.
Job Description- Assist with monitoring and assigning incoming project requests via email
- Support project management by entering or updating customer data into various company databases
- Review and track project requests and communicate with internal and external customers regarding questions or updates as needed
- Assist with troubleshooting database questions with internal and external customers via phone and email
- Maintain high customer satisfaction with internal and external customers
- Maintain or exceed project turnaround time goals
- Work with various department subgroups responsible for technical information
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required); technical or higher degree (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written English proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook (or equivalent)
- SAP experience (preferred)
- Customer service experience in commercial or industrial environment (preferred)
This is a hourly position, with an annual range of $39,500-$42,500, to commensurate with experience.
