This is a full-time, hybrid role for the right Senior Project Manager located in Fredericksburg, VA. The Senior Project Manager will oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include project planning, team coordination, expediting materials and resources, conducting inspections, managing logistics, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Collaboration with clients, contractors, and internal teams is vital to ensure successful project delivery.

• Strong expertise in Civil Project Management and proven ability to lead and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in Expediting and managing time-sensitive delivery of materials and resources.
• Experience with Inspection procedures to ensure project quality and compliance.
• Knowledge of Logistics Management to oversee project supply chain operations effectively.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced on-site environment.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the construction or utility contracting industry is highly advantageous.
• Previous experience of no less than 7 years as a seasoned project manager in primarily underground utilities in the DC Metro area.
