Go Car Wash is one of the fastest growing car wash operators in the United States, with locations in multiple states from coast to coast. We are seeking a Facilities Leader to oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of our car wash facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Preferred experience – At least 10 years in service, repair, remodel, and installation within the car wash industry.
  • Technical Leadership – Oversee preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment (conveyors, pumps, motors, sensors) across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, welding, and HVAC systems. Troubleshoot complex issues to maintain optimal uptime.
  • Team Management – Lead, mentor, and develop technicians; manage service schedules; recruit skilled tradespeople; and assign work orders via a CMMS platform.
  • Operational Excellence – Monitor KPIs (downtime, repair costs, technician utilization), manage inventory for market and field vehicles, and collaborate with leadership to align maintenance efforts with business goals.
  • Budget & Vendor Management – Develop and manage budgets, work with vendors for parts and contracts, and oversee warranty claims and service agreements.
  • Compliance & Safety – Ensure facilities meet regulatory standards, conduct safety training, and implement safety protocols.
Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of hands‑on experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, welding, with 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage preventative maintenance and repairs.
  • Experience with CMMS platforms and work order management systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage remote teams and large geographic areas.
Other Experience
  • Background in industries such as plant facilities, heavy equipment repair, or manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety standards, and equipment operations.
