This role emphasizes building internally, not reviewing from the sidelines.

Responsibilities Include- Supporting PHA redevelopment efforts, RAD conversions, and new construction
- Advising on site evaluation, deal structuring, predevelopment sequencing, and risk mitigation
- Providing structured guidance, workshops, and training grounded in real execution

Program & Training Support- Contribute to the design and delivery of development training programs
- Translate complex development concepts into practical, decision-ready guidance
- Support proposal development and execution when advisory services are included
