- Providing exceptional service to associates and customers at the counter and over the phone through accurate order entry
- Achieve daily/monthly sales and operational budget goals
- Following ethical standards and complying with company policies that ensure a safe, friendly, and team-oriented family culture
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills; ability to multi-task; ability to work with a team and independently and with minimal supervision
- Computer literacy. Ability to use Microsoft Office, as well as proficiency in order entry processes using our Epicor Solar Eclipse system, VAMAC's intranet, or other systems as applicable
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple platforms (i.e. in-person, phone, email, etc.)
- Ability to stand and walk for long duration, as well as lift up to 100 pounds
- 3+ years management experience and/or equivalent education
Skills:
- Industry related knowledge
- Previous inventory management
- Strong business acumen
