Job Summary:

The Director, Clinical Operations, oversees and directs the strategic integration, facilitation and development of operational best practices and the coordination of clinical, patient satisfaction, Associate engagement, and quality initiatives of the Hospitals within Mary Washington Healthcare (MWHC). The Director is expected to be decisive, collaborative, and encourage a culture of accountability. Utilizing guidelines, proven best practices, and research, the Director develops an environment that promotes excellence in all organizational priorities.

The incumbent of this position will incorporate data and information to continually improve operations and will maintain fiscal viability while striving for optimal efficiency and productivity of all resources.
