Sewing Technician

We are looking for experienced Sewing Technicians who thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Structureworks sells outdoor structures and fabric canopy products that are designed and manufactured at our Fredericksburg, VA factory. This position works in a sewing and fabrication role producing our fabric canopies and blinds. You will be working with a team of hard-working fabricators to make the highest-quality outdoor structures and shade products in North America.

The pace is often fast; if you like to keep busy and are motivated to do well, this could be the perfect position for you.

Full Time/Part Time, Permanent

Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 3:30PM

$18 - $22/Hour

Two or more years performing the responsibilities listed below

Legally authorized to work in the US

Safe, honest, and hardworking

• Fabricate canopies to specification using cutting and sewing equipment
• Log production progress & material usage
• Maintain an organized work center
• General material handling & other duties as needed

• A minimum of two years working in a sewing role
• Experience with measuring, cutting, and sewing fabrics
• Ability to lift 20 pounds
