Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Shift: Monday to Friday 4:00 pm - 2:30 am | Saturday 2:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Pay: $18.00 an hour

We’re looking for an entry-level Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will perform hands‑on, repetitive assembly tasks to help build high‑quality products such as windows, doors, trusses, panels, or stairs. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

• Assemble product components by placing parts in their proper relationship.
• Fasten parts using bolts, clips, screws, cement, or other approved methods.
• Cut materials to required measurements.
• Identify and remove defective products.
• Operate machines that perform force‑fitting or fastening operations.
• Rotate between different workstations based on production needs.
• Adapt to changing tasks as different product models are manufactured.
• Maintain clean equipment and work areas following safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• No previous experience or formal education required.
• Prior carpentry experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to follow detailed written or verbal directions.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed.

• Constant standing, walking, reaching, handling, and speaking/hearing.
• Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crawling.
• Ability to lift and move:
  • Up to 50 lbs frequently
• Required vision abilities: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts and airborne particles.
• Frequent exposure to outdoor conditions, extreme heat, extreme cold, electrical hazards, and vibration.
• High noise levels, ear protection required.
• Must use company‑provided personal protective equipment (PPE), including ear and eye protection.
