** Production Team Lead
** to help drive daily operations and support a high-performing manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in
** keeping production running smoothly, supporting team members, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment**.This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on production experience who is ready to

** What You’ll Do
*** Help coordinate daily production activities to ensure schedules are met and downtime is minimized
* Support and train team members on equipment operation and safety procedures
* Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times
* Assist with production scheduling and balancing workloads across teams
* Review pre-shift equipment inspections and address any issues proactively
* Monitor materials and finished products to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met
* Lead daily “Sunrise” meetings, safety talks, and ongoing training efforts
* Communicate updates clearly between team members and management
* Support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
* Assist with performance feedback and employee development
* Maintain accurate production reports and required documentation
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
* Step in and support operations wherever needed to keep production running smoothly##
** What We’re Looking For
*** 6 months to 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment (1–3 years preferred)
* Basic understanding of production scheduling and reporting
* Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Basic knowledge of lumber math, grades, and species
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to stay organized and keep a team on track in a fast-paced environment
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required##
