Bell & Evans is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Production Team
. As a General Production Associate
, you will play an important role in producing high-quality poultry products while maintaining our commitment to food safety, quality, and animal welfare.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to working safely as part of a team.

• Perform a variety of poultry processing tasks in accordance with safety, quality, and production standards.
• Handle and process poultry products, including working with live poultry or raw chicken, depending on the assigned department.
• Perform duties such as:
  • Deboning
  • Cutting and trimming
  • Packing and weighing products
  • Product handling and inspection
  • Moving materials throughout the production process
• Maintain product quality by following established food safety and quality procedures.
• Keep your work area clean while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and sanitation requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and work in different departments as business needs require.
• Commitment to workplace safety and product quality.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, and arms.
• Comfortable working around industrial machinery and equipment.
• Willingness to work in various environmental conditions, including hot, cold, wet, and noisy areas.
• Ability to work with live poultry or raw chicken, depending on the department assignment.
