Location: Fredericksburg, VA
Pay Rate: $28.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Overtime: Available based on workload and production needs

We are currently seeking an experienced Fabricator to join a steel fabrication team in Fredericksburg, VA. The ideal candidate will have prior fabrication experience and be comfortable working with steel materials, hand tools, and shop equipment. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow specifications, and a commitment to producing quality work in a safe and efficient manner.

• Fabricate and assemble steel components according to job specifications
• Measure, cut, grind, drill, and prepare materials for assembly
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
• Operate fabrication tools, machinery, and equipment safely
• Assist with welding preparation and metal finishing tasks as needed
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
• Maintain proper organization of materials, tools, and work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet production goals

• Previous fabrication experience required
• Experience working with steel fabrication preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measurements
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance required

• Work-appropriate clothing required
• Steel-toe boots required
• Long pants required (no shorts)
• Long-sleeve shirt or protective work clothing recommended
• Safety glasses required
• Work gloves required
• No open-toed shoes, loose clothing, or unsafe footwear permitted

• $28.00/hour
