Job Summary

Pratt Medical Group is seeking a full‑time Certified Nurse Midwife or Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner to join our established practice in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Obstetrics and Gynecology

• Take after‑hour phone calls on a rotation of 1 in 5 (4–24 hour shifts per month if CNM).
• Manage low‑risk obstetrical patients through delivery and provide normal newborn care.

• Certified nurse midwife or certified women’s health nurse practitioner.
• Eligible to obtain Virginia licensure.
• 2+ years midwifery practice or women’s health experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
