Pratt Medical Group is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife or Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner to join our established practice in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Obstetrics and Gynecology

We are looking for a qualified provider who can manage low‑risk obstetrical patients through delivery and provide normal newborn care. The candidate must be eligible for Virginia licensure and have at least 2 years of midwifery or women’s health experience.

• Certified nurse midwife or certified women’s health nurse practitioner
• Eligible to obtain Virginia licensure
• 2+ years of midwifery practice or women’s health experience preferred
• Availability for after‑hour phone calls on a rotation of 1 in 5; CNM candidates additionally required 4–24 hour shifts per month
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage low‑risk obstetrical patients through delivery with normal newborn care
