• Must obtain AHA Certifications.
• VA license at time of submittal.
• Work full time (36 hrs/week).
• Emergency privileges to cover holiday coverage.
• OT paid AFTER scheduled shift, not after 36 hours.
• OB and thoracic experience required; pediatric preferred.
• Coverage of all cases except transplants.
• Skill in hearts, lung, healthy pediatric, dental/ENT, OB, ortho, GI, ENT, etc.
• CRNA to perform own epidurals/spinals; no blocks.
• 12‑hour shifts available, 7 p‑7 a; blocks not guaranteed.
• Level 2 trauma experience required; 2 years minimum experience.
• Schedule 8 weeks out.
• Travel billable; client no longer pays for flights unless provider is full time and flight is a single round trip.
• Must consider flight cost if not within those parameters.
• Proficient with spinals and epidural placement and management.
• Credentialed at 4‑OR satellite hospital, 6‑OR ASC; occasionally float – pediatric experience preferred.

Night 3×12‑Hour (19:00 – 07:00) shifts.

October 5, 2026 – April 5, 2027.

6‑month contract preferred; 36 hours/week.
