Legacy Hospice is currently hiring Per Diem dedicated Hospice Nurse Practitioners to deliver exceptional patient care in the Fredericksburg area. As part of our team, you will evaluate health histories, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
We seek NPs with hospice or palliative care experience. A valid RN and NP license in the state of practice, CPR certification, and proficiency with EMR are required.
