Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for per diem coverage in the Level III NICU at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center, Fredericksburg, VA. This role features 16-hour shifts and collaborative care with neonatologists and OB hospitalists to support the families and keep care close to home.
The role involves daytime collaboration with Neonatologists, nighttime in-house coverage with on-call neonatologists, attendance at deliveries, and educating RN/RT
