Nursing Role – Skilled Nursing Facility
Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM Days:
Monday - Friday Weekend Rotation:

Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing environment. Monitor and assess patient health and report changes to the healthcare team. Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort. Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical record. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on care plans and health topics.
Active nursing license Experience in skilled nursing facility settings
10% salary placement fee applies. Orientation and training may be required.
