Practice Environment
This local anesthesia support role is based in Fredericksburg, VA, where providers will spend long weekends on call in the community. The practice offers extended weekends in a community-centered environment supported by flexible scheduling, enabling providers to enjoy the surrounding area during downtime.

Schedule & Coverage

• Night shifts: 07:00 PM to 07:00 AM, seven days per week
• Weekend daytime beeper call:
  Saturday and Sunday, 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM
• Lodging provided for providers covering weekend night shifts

Clinical Responsibilities

• Providing anesthesia support during off-site night shifts and weekend day beeper calls
• Managing anesthesia care within a broad case mix as needed
• Documentation and order entry within anesthesia records systems
• Collaborating with pre-op and post-op teams, as well as other healthcare professionals

Candidate Requirements

• Active Virginia license
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
