Role Overview
The Registered Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a labor and delivery setting, collaborating with medical teams to deliver compassionate, individualized care aligned with nursing standards and models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." The RN advocates for patients and families, supporting positive clinical outcomes and exceptional patient experiences.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and deliver care, collaborate with healthcare providers, and ensure adherence to standards.
- Serve as a patient advocate and model organizational values to enhance departmental performance.
- Must have RN licensure, Associate Degree, Neonate Resuscitate certification within 30 days, CPR/BLS within 30 days, and at least 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience.
- Night shift position available.
