ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and deliver safe, effective care using established nursing models, advocate for patients and families, and support organizational values to enhance patient outcomes and departmental performance.
QualificationsMust hold an RN license, have an Associate Degree, and at least 1 year of NICU experience. Certifications in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation are required within 30 days of employment.
