Unit Manager – RN (Memory Care Unit)
Carriage Hill Health & Rehab Center, in Fredericksburg, VA is looking for an energetic, compassionate, and dedicated RN Unit Manager to join our team.

Coordinate, manage and evaluate resident care and unit operations

Monitor timely, concise documentation of resident care in EMRProvide pertinent information regarding resident care to physicians when making rounds

Evaluate staff performance and oversight of direct care performance

Assure compliance with principles of infection control and universal precautions

Qualifications:

Current RN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health ProfessionsCPR Certified Previous managerial experience (preferred)
Experience in Long-Term Care/Skilled Rehab/Memory Care preferred

Exceptional leadership, clinical and customer service skills

Strong commitment to resident centered care and innovative care delivery

Ability to motivate, build caring relationships, and communicate effectivelyA caring heart with a strong desire to make a difference in our patients’ lives
